It has been a little quiet around Omelette for a while.
Behind the scenes, we have been taking time to review the platform, improve key parts of the experience, and think carefully about what Omelette should become next.
Now, we are ready to start again.
Not with a huge launch or lots of noise, but with a simple goal: to rebuild Omelette together with the creative community.
Why Omelette Exists
Omelette was created to give artists, designers, makers, photographers, illustrators, and independent creators a place to share their work, connect with others, and earn from their creativity.
We still believe in that mission.
Creative people deserve more than another social media platform where their work disappears after a few hours. They deserve a space where their ideas, stories, products, and skills can continue to be discovered.
Omelette is here to help creators showcase what they do, build meaningful connections, and create new opportunities from their work.
What We Have Been Working On
One of our main focuses has been reviewing the platform’s payment and payout experience.
For a creative marketplace to work properly, creators need to feel confident that payments are secure, payouts are clear, and the process is easy to understand.
We are now preparing to test these updates, along with other improvements across the platform.
This testing stage is important because we do not want to build Omelette based only on assumptions. We want to build it around the real experiences and needs of creators.
We Are Inviting Creators Back
Over the coming weeks, we will begin reconnecting with creators who previously joined, supported, or showed interest in Omelette.
We will also welcome new creators who would like to be part of the next stage.
You do not need to have everything perfectly prepared.
You may have a full digital-product collection, a few pieces of work, an unfinished portfolio, or simply an interest in meeting other creative people.
The purpose of this stage is to test, learn, listen, and improve.
